How to read the results

Monthly price represents each carrier's rate for your selected amount, duration, and health classification, on a month-to-month basis. Rate class indicates the underwriting bracket the quote assumes; insurers finalize it during underwriting. Exam shows whether the insurer will require a physical inspection; several expedited programs waive it for eligible cases. A.M. Best shows the carrier's credit rating.
